A’L Italiana

Our prawn and crab lasagne is made with fresh cream, white bechamel sauce and a small quantity of fresh tomato sauce all cooked together with succulent prawn and crab meat and layered in three layers with egg pasta sheets. Finished off with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
